MB 3.2.2 Web and Malware Protection disabled

Hello!
I got almost the same problem this morning:
1) Up to yesterday morning, everything was fine without any problem
2) Yesterday morning, Windows 8.1 was updated (see 1.jpg attached) and I did not noticed any problem with Malware
3) this morning I started my PC and found that Real time protection AND ransonwares protection are disabled (see 3.jpg)
4) any attempt to make them ON failed, even after a reboot of my PC: when I ask "activate it", the button shows "starting" for a while and abort, showing back "OFF"

Any help is welcomed !
