I am running Malwarebytes premium 3.2.2.2018

My system was updated last night.  Now, when I open MS Office Word or Excel, Malwarebytes closes the program within a few seconds.  This is the message I get.

I need to use MS Office regularly, and this concerns me.  I do not know if it is a bug in Malwarebytes or the update from last night changed something as the files I have opened have been used for a very long time with no problem.
