Root Admin AdvancedSetup Posted October 13, 2017 Root Admin ID:1172284 Share Posted October 13, 2017 Hello @exaccuss and The Malwarebytes log shows that you did not choose to have Malwarebytes remove what it found. Please make sure ALL browsers are closed and any chat programs or other programs linked to Google software. Then run a new scan with Malwarebytes and make sure you chose to have it remove what it finds. Then also run the following. Please run the following and post back the logs as an attachment when ready. Please download AdwCleaner by Malwarebytes and save the file to your Desktop. Right-click on the program and select Run as Administrator to start the tool. Accept the Terms of use. Wait until the database is updated. Click Scan. When finished, please click Clean.
