MB 3.2.2 Web and Malware Protecktion disabled

Malwarebyte 3.2.2.2029   Component  1.0.212   Update  1.0.2994
Win7 x64 SP1

Afte MB clean und reinstallation.
The same problem again.
Web Protection and Malware Protection are disabled.
Web Protection sticks on Starting.
Malware Protection goes always to Off.
After restarting the computer the problem is gone.
After the next computer switch off and start the problem is back.
MB worked OK with MB Update 1.0.2951
There might be a connection with MB starts scanning at system start.

Sorry for the delay here, can you please leave Event Log Data enabled, and then reboot your computer until you get to the point where Web Protection/Malware Protection won't load? Note that you should wait 5 minutes after bootup as the services will report as on initially
