Real Time Protection

I can't seem to get a response from Malware support re: my on-going issue regarding my Real Time Protection indicating I'm not fully protected, yet it continues to get hung up when trying to turn on "Web Protection? Does ANYONE have any advice on how to correct this issue? I do pay for the premium product, and am concerned that I'm not fully protected, as indicated. I emailed support on October 4, yet no response 5 days later.
