Malwarebytes usage level has exceeded max volume

When I try to activate my Malwarebytes Premium I get this error message. "Malwarebytes usage level has exceeded max volume"

I am using IE Windows 10

I have run mb-clean-3.1.0.1031 and re-installed Malwarebytes and still get the error message.

I have a ticket number - Malwarebytes Support Ticket 2091859.

Any help please

Now Friday here in Australia, have had no response to the ticket I opened last Saturday
