6 days, no support answer

ticket 2085647 - i upgraded to w10 and then got this after re-install. the old version was removed.

6+ days and counting of non-response time on a ticket for a simple clearing of license server.

no response other than the less-than-helpful initial auto reply.

time to find another product and company.
