Computer won't even get to login screen.

Hello,

I'm in a weird situation... I set my startup to boot in safe mode so I could run the antirootkit but because of that, my computer is now stuck on a black screen the moment I turn on my computer. 

There is also no moment when I could enter bios or anything between.

What version of Windows do you have, is it a PC or laptop. Do you have access to a working PC and a USB flashdrive. Do you have an installation DVD, Recovery DVD or USB.

When you are at the Black screen select Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys together, does Taskmanager open....?
