MB3.2 Web Protection and Malware Protection are disabled.

Malwarebyte 3.2.2.2029   Component  1.0.207   Update  1.0.2960
Win7 x64 SP1
During the last couple of days I got a Protection Settings fault.
Web Protection and Malware Protection are disabled.
Web Protection stay on status starting.
Malware Protection always switches to off.
After restarting the computer the problem is gone.
After the next computer switch off and start the problem is back.

Run FRST = FRST.txt  and Addition.txt
Run mb-check = mb-check-results-1.zip
Enabled Event Log Data
Run mb-check = mb-check-results-2.zip

Thanks for the logs, while we wait for a team member to review the logs, lets try to simply install Malwarebytes once more, simply download the installer from the link below and install over the top of your existing version.

it seems the problem has gone after instaling component pakage 1.0.212

MB worked OK with MB Update 1.0.2951
It seems that there is a connection between MB starts scanning and system start.

Enabled Event Log Data
Started all disabled protections
Run mb-check = mb-check-results.zip
