When compling the Malwarebytes Managed Client via the console

I'm curious as to how the Malwarebytes Managed Client installers, when compiled via console how it gets updated with definitions. I create one on 8/24/2017 and once used yesterday it told me the definitions were 601 days old.

Gabreil,

We may want to uninstall from add/remove programs, and instead attempt to use a package deployment using a package created from your Policies tab.

Please let me know if there is any trouble with this.

Hi @GabrielP, the Management Console offline installers do not include signature updates when the packages are created. The signatures within the install are only as new as the main installer itself. The clients will need to finish that install, and check-in in order to conform to the policy and update their signatures via however your policy outlines they should do so.
