Can free customers submit support ticket? How do I know it went in?

I tried entering a support ticket but I am not sure it went in.

 

I also tried the "employee" login, but I am retired and using the HOME version.

Yes everyone can submit a ticket no matter if you bought the software or not, using the paid version or the Free version, everyone gets help.

Not sure where you submitted the ticket, but the correct spot is below.  You should have received at least an automatic reply with a support ticket number.  Sometimes those go to junk/spam folders so check those folders as well.
