adwcleaner stop and not go

hi all the forum.... i have a windows 7 32 bit on my notebook..... i have deleted already virus..... now i go adwcleaner, but when the software start, there is a problem: adwcleaner stop go, and not work.... you help me??? malwarebytes i have used and no infected.... thanks for advance, best regards

but for me the problem it's not same....not start..... the message is "adwcleaner stop function" and not go

Hello giancai,

Since your problem is different than the others who are seeing AdwCleaner hang during a cleaning, at what point do you see that message?  Is it shortly after AdwCleaner opens, or does that happen during a Scan?

I see your log here shows Windows 7 - have you tried scanning in Safe Mode? 

At what point is it stopping? Is that during the scan or during Cleaning?d

@Gram   Also - those detections appear to be leftovers of a program called PCKeeper.  Is that still installed on our machine?  Go to Control Panel>Programs and features and see if it's listed there.
