Unable to connect to license server

I have the same issue.. not only did it expire before Time, but I renewed anyway .. still no good. 

Tried to set up an account .. did not work.

tried raising a ticket .. did not work

other computers ok .. so far it only affects one (multiple pc licence)

something is amiss with the licence server .. I think

@ROAMERNZ if only one computer is having the issue and the others are fine, that would suggest the issue is with that computer, not the server. Out of curiosity, what country are you in? I wonder if that has something to do with it

That being said, I've reached out to our internal teams to check our server logs and see if they can identify any potential issues.

sadly no.. problem still exists.. it seem as if payment is not going through.. clicked the update payment from within Malwarebytes.. it say payment was made but there is no revcord of any activity in my paypal acvcount.

furthermore it seem to be confused about the date as per below (auto payment was set up) though I did send an update like I said...

I don't like this way of paying it goes against normal procedure where you get forward to pay pal and pay from within pay pal, it also talks about a shopping cart... ther wasd no shopping cart.. once you click the "update payment you get the post I made above.. something is not right

Here they are, btw, problem remain.. but note that the MB store web interface say I have paid but nothing has been debited at paypal.. this to me indicate a licence server issue as it is not MBAM that has the issue, it is simply noting payment has not been made.  Seems to me that the interface between MB store and paypal have an issue.. cheers
