I seem to have the same issue , Im currently running windows 10, the only issue is when I right shift right click the folder "open command window" is not there , "open powershell window" shows up instead. I followed the instructions via your comment above, but it does not work, It tells me this

mbar.exe : The term 'mbar.exe' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program.
Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
At line:1 char:1
+ mbar.exe /r
+ ~~~~~~~~
    + CategoryInfo          : ObjectNotFound: (mbar.exe:String) [], CommandNotFoundException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : CommandNotFoundException

any help with this would be greatly appreciated

@ThatGuyGreen- newer versions of Windows 10 use Powershell from that combination as you've found out. But, if you type cmd into the Powershell window, cmd will be activated. You can then run the command.

Alternatively, from the Search box type cmd and open a command prompt. Using the cd command, change directory to where your mbar folder is located and then run the mbar.exe /r command
