Can't activate license even though I have a lifetime one

This is very frustrating.  Ever since the new update, when I input my license key, the software has a check, but when I put in the license key, the "Activate License" button remains inactive.  This very annoying since I bought the lifetime update.  Back in 2010, it's true, but lifetime is lifetime, right?  I entered my email address in the box on their help page (http://www.cleverbridge.com/342/?scope=cusecolp), but there's no record, and when I contact, I talk to someone from "Cleverbridge," who tells me he can't help but I should contact Malwarebytes support and gave me an email address.  So I emailed Malwarebytes support already (support@malwarebytes.com), but they haven't responded.  Can someone help?

Hello and Welcome

Sorry your having activation issues.  In MB3 the ID and KEY are inverted so make sure you are putting them in the right place.  Also make sure you copy and paste your license info and avoid any leading spaces before and after the keys...

That being said, do you have a case number when you contacted Malwarebytes? FYI, it can take 3 to 5 days to get a reply, also make sure to check your spam/junk folders for any correspondence.

If you have your case number perhaps @nikhils can help with looking up the status.
