I think something was lost in the translation and I am having trouble understanding what you are requesting. I know what a QR code is, but I am not certain what you would want it to do. Do you mean that Malwarebytes should warn you when scanning a QR code causes your phone to try to visit a website infected with malware/exploits etc.?
