Adding Subscription To Account

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me how to add my subscription to my Malwarebytes account?

I don't have any documentation or receipt from Malwarebytes as it was bought at the time I purchased my computer from the place I bought my computer. It has always worked on my computer to activate Malwarebytes, even after reformatting my computer and reinstalling Malwarebytes and for all the updates.

I have the paper with the license code and all that from the place I bought my computer and Malwarebytes, but nothing from Malwarebytes so it didn't show up when I created my Malwarebytes account and I would like it to be registered there.

Is it possible to have it registered with Malwarebytes so it will show up under my subscriptions in my account?

I think only a licence bought directly on the Malwarebyte site is shown in the account. I bought 2 licences through Creativemark/cleverbridge, but nothing is shown in my account/subscription.

Hmmm, bummer. 

They should make a way for us to add the subscriptions we have bought, regardless of where we bought them.

We do have plans to all all licenses under one account regardless from where you purchased your license.
