Malwarebytes uninstalled itself

At some point in the last 5 days malwarebytes uninstalled itself - saying nothing. I went to start a scan this morning and could no longer find the desktop icon, nor did I find it on the 'installed programs' list. That is terrible. First I tried to reinstall from the website - but the install felt like it never completed and said it needed a reboot. After reboot there was still no desktop icon nor any mention in the programs list. I visited these forums pages and installed from a link there. That seems to have worked but when I try to activate my license it complains I have used up my licenses. 

I wrote customer support - but have only received an automated response telling me how to activate the product (which I already knew). 

There was a similar problem with malwarebytes perhaps 6 months ago where an update rendered the product useless. 

What is going on ? What is the timeframe in which I can expect a human interchange ?

Please also post your support ticket number to this thread.
