BobGoblin Posted September 27, 2017 ID:1167514 Share Posted September 27, 2017 I’m having a sorta similar issue. I’ve had MBAM for a few years and last year paid to get Anti Exploit. When renewal time came this year I’m glad my payment info was out of date. Clever tried to hit me for 79.98 for two products. It’s all one product now so that’s messed up. I’m not being givin the renewal price of 24.99 like others are and should be and when I brought it up to customer support they’re telling me I have to pay full price because I’m basically somehow not a loyal customer and it’s not a renewal. I’m irritated that I have to argue with CS and all the while they’re taking the entire 30 grace period to communicate back and forth. Please help.
