I’m having a sorta similar issue. I’ve had MBAM for a few years and last year paid to get Anti Exploit. When renewal time came this year I’m glad my payment info was out of date. Clever tried to hit me for 79.98 for two products. It’s all one product now so that’s messed up. I’m not being givin the renewal price of 24.99 like others are and should be and when I brought it up to customer support they’re telling me I have to pay full price because I’m basically somehow not a loyal customer and it’s not a renewal. I’m irritated that I have to argue with CS and all the while they’re taking the entire 30 grace period to communicate back and forth. Please help.

I was able to look up your purchase from last year.

You purchased the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1 year for 3 PC and a Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit 1 year for 3 PC. Both items were listed at the $39.99 but because you purchased it during the back to school sale, you instead got a 50% savings and only paid $19.98 each. The sale price was only good for the point of purchase and the price will revert back to the regular $39.99/each at renewal time.

Because Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit is now included in the Malwarebytes 3, your Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit license converts to a Malwarebytes 3 license. Here's more info about that conversion: 

So, what you have is two separate 1year/3PC of the new Malwarebytes 3 licenses. And you are grandfathered in at the $39.99 price for each license if you wish to renew. so it’s expired now anyways as of today. Plus I couldn’t make changes to only do 1 subscription which is all I ever did. I didn’t buy two products to use separate I used them both on the same PCs. 

So now I have to pay 60 for one year???

One of our support agents will reach out with more info shortly, but you can still renew one of your 1year/3PC licenses at the $39.99 grandfathered price, if you are still interested. Since you mentioned you previously used the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit on the same PCs, I would recommend only renewing one of your license and let the other one lapse.
