Loss of Certain Functions

Recommended Posts

I seem to be having problems making a few online purchases, and I'm not sure if this is related to any security measures that I have opted for in my MB Premium package.

I'm not talking about eBay, Paypal, etc. They work fine.

I have DL and installed a few various versions of audio converters, but I don't want the trial period with limited access that they offer. I want to pay for the app and use all the benefits. For some reason I'm not being allowed to make the purchase as each time I click on the tab to purchase - nothing happens.

I have read that it could be something to do with my Admin feature, but I seem to have complete admin access. So I'm thinking it must be either some kind of malware that I have installed (although regular scans are showing none) or could it be something in Malwarebytes that I have turned on?

I also had a few problems with Google Chrome when I installed it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do not see any specific Malware or infection in your logs,  Are you connecting via VPN when you are trying to make purchases...? Run the following to clean remnants from system...

Download attached fixlist.txt file (end of reply) and save it to the Desktop, or the folder you saved FRST into. "Do not open that file"
NOTE. It's important that both FRST and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

Open FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt) or the folder it was ran from. Please post it to your reply.

Thanks,

Kevin...

fixlist.txt

I'm slightly confused here.

Both the fixlist.txt file and FRST file are in the download folder, although I don't know where the fix button is when I open FRST.
