Request time out when trying to open app

When I open the malwarebytes app on my phone (rooted, android 6, Oneplus2) I get the following message: "Oh Snap! the connection is taking longer than usual." A bit later, this is replaced with "Your request timed out."  I've been having this error for days now. Any idea how to use this app?

Hi Vabadus,

I'm not sure what version I have, since I can't get to the info screen from the "request timed out" screen. But it's whatever is in the app store. I've uninstalled and re-installed multiple times over the past couple of weeks.

Hi HMov, sorry to hear issue still persist.

Can you click this link on your mobile while our app is installed. It should navigate you to report problem view, and you can add your comments and send us the issue so we can have more clue about the problem.
