High Sierra problem

During installation under high sierra malwarebytes needs to be approved by security and privacy settings.
This is not  about all applications because the installation of Microsoft Office does not generate this request.
Can you solve it?

Yes, that's the new normal in High Sierra for any app that installs a kernel extension. You must follow the directions in the installer and/or the Malwarebytes app to allow the kernel extension, otherwise the real-time protection will not work properly.

Don't get me started on this... it's a horrible user experience being imposed on us by Apple, and it affects many pieces of software.
