Updated Malwarebytes 3 and lifetime license 'expiring today'

Recommended Posts

I was prompted to update my Malwarebytes and after updating my lifetime license went from 'never expiring' to 'expiring today'. Prior to updating I had no issues with my lifetime license and have had the subscription for almost 4 months. After the update I tried to enter in my license details again and it said that 'The usage level has exceeded the max volume allowed.'

I would appreciate any sort of help!

Hello and Welcome!

Are you saying you have had your lifetime license for 4 months now?  Where did you purchase your license from?

That being said, to correct the activation issues with usage level exceeded you will have to contact the helpdesk directly.

That can only be solved by contacting the help desk  RIGHT HERE and creating a ticket.

@Firefox Hi and thanks for the welcome,

That is correct - I have had this license for about 4 months now and I purchased it from a friend of mine who bought them when Malwarebytes originally sold the lifetime subscriptions.

I went ahead a created a ticket and thanks for your help! Hope they are able to help me out soon.
