latest update wiped my licence now not recognised

Hi. I bought a lifetime licence many years ago.

Yesterday i did an update as prompted by malwarebytes. It asked me to activate the new update which i did, it resulted in my license and id number being rejected due to 'usage exceed license'. After reading up on it from your faq's it seems that you have to deactivate first. This has never been a problem in the past and i have never been made aware that i had until now . Over the years i have had to change pc's for a members of my family due to them becoming unusable ( blue screen of death). How can i deactivate my Licences on my old pc's? 

I have a Key number and id number on a cd disk bought from cleverbridge (www.cleverbridge.com) back in 2010.

I have sent a ticket but no response yet.

Having(paying extra) for that disk was a waste with a program that upgrades as much as MB

3 pc licenses were sold back then. As long as you keep the subscription active you are grandfathered into your terms and most likely a lower cost. 

Just wait for support.
