Max Activation Exceeded

I've recently had PC problems so I've had to reinstall windows a few times and now I'm getting a message (Max Activation Exceeded) when I try logging into my Premium account not sure why they limit people who pay for a service, I'm stuck on the trial version which runs out very soon and I cant get any help with unlocking my Limit.

HELP!
