License not working

Hi, my old PC just went down so when I downloaded and tried to register/activate my Malwarebytes software, it told me to contact support. I tried top email as well but nobody got back to me to resolve the issue. please help. btw I am a legacy id/key holder..Thank you

Usually, support will take 2/3 days or more since support is busier than normal at this time to get to your request.
