Is Malwarebytes 3.03 for the Mac free?

Is Malwarebytes 3.03 for the Mac free? The download installer indicated that the free version is a trial version. Must one purchase the package before getting a "key" for the product.

If I am not mistaken, it will install the Trial version and then after the trial runs out it reverts to the free version.... (similar to the windows version)...

It's totally free during the 30-day trial period, after which you must either pay for a subscription to continue using the premium Real-Time Protection feature or revert to manual scans only.

Yup, and just to be clear, nothing needs to be done to "revert"... the program continues working normally, only without the Real-Time Protection feature. Manual scanning and removal of detected threats will always be free.
