Pup.option.notrunchrome and .legacy won't go away

I my chrome has been hijacked.  I'm guessing one my younger kids clicked on or downloaded a game not knowing.  There are adds popping up and whole page adds that open on a separate page.  I also have a chromium icon on the kids account that I can't uninstall.  I have ran Malwarebytes on the kids account and the notrunchrome wont go away.  I tried Malwarebytes on my account and it quarantined it and did not come back on restart, but it is in the kids account still.

I believe I got it.  I stopped the chromium in the startup, then Malwarebytes was able to rid of notchromerun.  Then I ran adwcleaner and it removed the legacy.  I deleted chrome and firefox and the folders as well as any chromium folders I found.  I did not have any linked firefox or google accounts.  reinstalled chrome and firefox.  So far so good.  The exports are attached.  Does it look good?  Thanks
