My account does not show up. I can't get anyone to help me. I have a License and

Key but it does not work. I have begging for help all afternoon and the guy hung up

on me. I have sent emails. You system said you had updates and now I have no account.

I really dislike Malwareware. You have taken my entire afternoon.

There is no phone support so I don't know who you were talking to.

Relax and try this.

  1. Download the latest MB 3 installer from : https://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mb3
    2. Run the installer on top of your existing product. (Note you don't have to uninstall anything, just run the installer again)

We can support you right here if the above does not solve your issue.

Did you mean you had already created a malwarebytes account before at : https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/login  ?

Can you login using that link above?

As @Porthos mentioned we do not actually have phone support. So not really sure whom you were talking to.

Also can you please send me a private message with your key so I can check it on our end?
