I have begging for help all afternoon and the guy hung up on me. I have sent emails. You system said you had updates and now I have no account. I really dislike Malwareware. Download the latest MB 3 installer from : https://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mb3 2. Run the installer on top of your existing product. (Note you don't have to uninstall anything, just run the installer again) We can support you right here if the above does not solve your issue. Can you login using that link above? As @Porthos mentioned we do not actually have phone support. So not really sure whom you were talking to.
