Mimecast Service for Outlook - Broken with Endpoint Protection

Does anyone else use Mimecast with the  MSO Outlook add-in? Since switching over to Endpoint Protection, MSO is unable to connect to the Mimecast service. I have tried various exclusions and even created a policy and set Endpoint Protection to OFF, and we still get the connectivity problem. As soon as I remove the Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection agent from the PC, Mimecast is able to connect and works perfectly.

I have raised a support ticket with Malwarebytes, but just wondered if anyone else has seen this or a similar issue?

Hi @simongatward, we have a few other folks having this conflict. We are aware of the issue and we are treating it as a severity 1 outage. We are actively working on a fix, and will hopefully have something today. Mimecast is unable to connect while the Endpoint Agent service itself is running, it is not the protection pieces that are causing the problem.
