License after pc format

after a format i wanted to reinstall malwarebytes with my lifetime premium account.
it had an error while activating the license so i opened the support ticket nr 2069346.

i've received the preset reply by email with the first general troubleshooting steps saying that if that would not solve i had only to reply to that email to get further help.
as those steps were not even related to my issue i replied to the email asking for further help.

it's been over a week now and i did not yet receive any answer from the support.

is it normal or are they just ignoring it and should i open another support request?

Show me one time when they were not "currently busy"....

On my ticket (#2065751 ) , to add insult to injury, I received after a week :"Just checking in. I was wondering if you need further assistance ..."

They never answered to my original ticket.
