Reinstall Windows and now Lic Key not accepted

I had to reinstall windows 10 on my computer.  When I installed MalwareBytes it would not accept my license key.  i get this message.

I'm getting no response from the company except a form letter email that doesn't help in any way.

 

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this?

Usually, support will take 2/3 days or more since support is busier than normal at this time to get to your request.
