Your Support Is Dead

Where is your support team? 2 tickets in past month, multiple emails and no response. Your company is horribl. I'm not going to renew my subscription since you don't have the courtesy to response to simple support requests.


See attached. Why is this mini window showing up when the program is already minimized to tray and not shown in taskbar?

This is a known side effect of a fix that was introduced. We are looking at some better alternatives for the future, but for now, this is expected.

I looked into your tickets, and it looks like your first ticket was responded to on Sept 6, and your second ticket was merged into the first. I would check your spam/junk filter to make sure the email didn't get caught up there
