Please help malwarebytes found 18 infected registry keys ,3 infected folders and 1 infected file.

They are all called adaware.shopping.report by malwarebytes. I will post the malwarebytes and hijack this logs.

Can I remove this the same way?

I don't recommend it since you have to uninstall Superantispyware if you want to remove it.
