mancata rimozione dei malware riconosciuti

Ho iniziato da poco ad usare il programma che ha riconosciuto e bloccato diversi programmi sospetti stranamente non bloccati da un ottimo antivirus come Bitdefender.

Il mio dubbio, prima di passare alla versione con licenza è la mancata eliminazione di tre malware bloccati ma non presenti in quarantena come cdn.visadd.com, kjz.finetuningencapsulating.com, ed un altro.

Cosa mi suggerite ?
