Installation of Malwarebytes

I just bought Malwarebytes and following the instructions in the box I was told to long on to www.malwarebytes.com/install and follow the instructions to download and register the Malwarebytes.  But there is nothing on the internet site that lets me install my software.  There was a number on your official site 877-603-7811 to call for tech support.  After spending over an hour with a tech support representative (William from India) and letting him have control of my computer he finally told me that he could not help me install my software without paying a tech support charge.  What he heck is this all about, I get the felling I am getting ripped off.  What gives?

Can you provide a link.There is NO phone support number for consumer support.
