Lifetime License - No more licenses avaliable

I have a lifetime license for three computers. I had one of my computers hard drive fail and I have to re-install windows on that computer, but now when I register it says that I do not have anymore licenses available.  I sent a report inquiry last week and I have not heard from anyone yet with regards to my situation. I event tried to log into your website to reset my license, but you website says I do not have an account.  Who can I talk to about this to get this resolved?

Lifetime ones were one PC only. That seems to be the issue. Where did you purchase it from?

I'm sorry but we have never sold a lifetime license for more than 1 computer. We have sold 1 license for 3 computers under the subscription plan though. All lifetime licenses (not sold for many years now) were 1 license per computer.
