Excluding subdirectories

Recommended Posts

I'm a developer and Malware scans everytime I do a compile, which is unworkable. I've excluded directories but this apparently does not exclude subdirectories, so I can't say "Hey, don't look in c:\compiles\" or anything underneath.

Is that right? I saw some indication I needed an Enterprise version to do this?

Greetings and welcome :)

Exclusions are recursive in Malwarebytes, including in the consumer/home version so anything within a folder or sub-folder of an excluded location should be prevented from being detected as a threat by Malwarebytes.  If exclusions are not functioning as expected please let us know and post up your logs showing the detections from the excluded location and also attach the logs requested in this pinned topic so that we may look into the issue.

Thanks
