Update Reverts to Freeware on system

I am having the same problem.  Update to the latest version changed to freeware and I cannot activate it again with my license key.  I have a lifetime license.  I get an error message.  I received a message that I had exceeded the number of activation's. I sent this to support  under ticket number 2061143 and after 5 days I received an email asking if I had anymore questions, but showing nothing about my activation problem.  This supposed support is completely unacceptable.  I need an answer on how to activate my program update.
