I just reported that `whois 104.28.17.134` gives Cloudflare -- a very very well-known protector of many many sites? However, yes these popups also are reporting .men domains -- but we have no idea why, since we are not using them? I just turned on uBlock Origin on both of our PCs. This seems to stop these attempted pages from activating, but I would like to track down the source.
