On our 2 Thinkpad Win10 PCs, today we've been getting lots of websites being blocked?  The attached shows an IP belonging to Cloudflare as being blocked?

\I don't understand?  I just reported that `whois 104.28.17.134` gives Cloudflare  -- a very very well-known protector of many many sites?

However, yes these popups also are reporting .men domains -- but we have no idea why, since we are not using them?

I am creating this reply just to be sure I am notified of other replies.

I just turned on uBlock Origin on both of our PCs.  This seems to stop these attempted pages from activating, but I would like to track down the source.

I find it strange that neither Windows Defender or our Avast Chrome Extension issues any complaints, but uBlock is blocking these.
