Unable to upload files with CCM

Recommended Posts

We recently deployed MBAE and are now having issues.  I have attached a screen shot of the error.

They get this error when we attempt to upload a file (PDF or DOC).  They are able to check out and check in documents, and every other function of the website.

The website they need to go to is: https://ccmscha.org/Default.aspx

It requires a Client Contact Management plug-in developed by Strategic Technologies Inc. http://www.sti-software.com/Products/CCM.aspx

I have added the MD5 hash for their DLLs to the exclusion list, but that hasn't helped.

I have been in contact with South Country Health Alliance, who in turn has been in contact with Strategic Technologies Inc..  They are both at a loss on how to resolve this issue.

Thanks for any help.

Al

Hello Al,

It looks like this is due to an issue that was fixed in one of our newer versions. I see that this is still on 1.8 of anti-exploit which is at least a version old. There is an option to turn on for the clients to update to the latest version automatically which should fix this. Since you are using the management console you can go into the policy> anti-exploit tab and enable the automatic updates option there. You can also test the latest beta build here which should fix it as well:
