Infected DDA driver problems & "The requested resource is in use"

I know I am infected. Upon looking for a software to scan my computer on demand I get an error message saying "The requested resource is in use". I came to a conclusion it was a root virus preventing me to use my scanner.exe. I did some research and found this forum; also upon your anti-rootkit to remove them. Upon running the rootkit, after clicking on the scan button it will display an error where it says "Can not load DDA driver. Do you want to reboot?" with two buttons asking yes and no. Clicking Yes does not reboot my computer; it leaves another error message saying "Could not install driver on boot. Scan can't continue".

Hello awexd and welcome to Malwarebytes,

My screen name is kevinf80, i`m here to help clean up your system. Make sure to run all scans from accounts with Administrator status, continue as follows please:

Anyone other than the original starter of this thread please DO NOT follow the instructions and advice posted as replies here, my help and advice is NOT related to your system and will probably cause more harm than good...

Download attached fixlist.txt file (end of reply) and save it to the Desktop, or the folder you saved FRST into. "Do not open that file"
NOTE. It's important that both FRST and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

Open FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt) or the folder it was ran from. Please post it to your reply.

Let me see that log, also do you have access to a usb flashdrive (memory stick)

Thank you,

Kevin

I have downloaded the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and the Fixlist.txt to my flash drive.

Though I am having one issue. It seems that I cannot enter the Window's Recovery Environment. I followed these procedures in order:
1) Hold down Shift (left shift key).
2) Pressed window's icon on the lower left of the screen.
3) Press the power Icon
4) Press Restart
5) Let go of the shift key

From here the computer would just do a normal restart.

Thank you for replying.

Thank you for helping me kevinf80.

MBAR was able to run after the update. It scanned my computer and cleaned it.

Upon cleaning my computer, I was able to install SUPERAntiSpyware and run its scanner. Unfortunately, I could not use Malwarebytes. When clicking on the icon, I would be informed of an error saying "Unable to connect to server". Should I start with a new forum topic on this site?

I'm unsure if the error is caused by software problems or malicious activity (virus).

Can you post the logs created by MBAR :-

System - log
Mbar - log   Date and time of scan will also be shown

Next,

Run FRST one more time, ensure all boxes are checkmarked under "Whitelist" but only Addition.txt under "Optional scan" Select scan, when done post the new logs. "FRST.txt" and "Addition.txt"

Thank you,

Kevin...

Hello

I have ran into a problem. I have downloaded the .txt file from the last post and ran FRST using the Fix button. Once down it has created two .txt files and asked me to reboot. As I rebooted my computer, it does not boot straight onto my desktop. It shows a background with 3 buttons. Internet Connections, ease of access, and power on. No other interactions can be made.

UPDATE:
Hello, after 8hrs I was able to figure out to bypass that screen (Image above this post).

I used the repair disc that I have made (post #8). From there I chose these options:   US > TroubleShoot > Advance Options > Command Prompt.

I have entered this command in Command Prompt: bcdedit /set {default} safeboot minimal.
After I closed out the Command Prompt.

I chose the option to continue to start windows 10 normally.
After waiting the computer bypassed the area where I was having problems with.

From here I used the windows key + R to bring up the Run Command.
From Run Command I used MSConfig.
I used MSConfig to disable SafeMode upon next restart.
Then restarted the computer.

After it restarted I quickly use Windows Defender to do a quick scan and found these viruses posted under attachments.
I will continue the procedure on post #14 and give up the attachments you requested.
