Update Reverts to Freeware

I have the same issue, I sent a ticket to support about a week ago and I got a canned response telling me how to activate a license normally.  No help at all

I'm having the same problem, one of the software updates a few weeks ago reverted my Malwarebytes installation to the freeware version, trying to activate my license tells me that there are no more valid activations left with that license key. 

 

I purchased my license key and ID from a third party website so I do not have an email address associated with it.  

 

I actually have two licenses, for two computers, but only one of them deactivated for whatever reason.
