Real Time Protection will not turn On

hi

I have had this problem a number of times before - sometimes it has fixed itself
but other times it refuses to fix itself.

I had a notice telling me my MB 3.0.6.1469 was due an Update yesterday
I upgraded it yesterday & saw MB install itself ok - then a message said - Reboot required.
Later yesterday - I re-booted PC
Then to my horror - all Malwarebytes had disappeared off my PC.
So, I was left with NO protection at all.

I then got a FREE install done & then entered my License No. in there & then finally got back MB

It is after this - I keep getting this trouble = it says against =
Real Time Protection,
Web Protection,
Starting...

and that's it - despite trying to turn this ON time & again - it does not switch On.

* Can someone from the developers Please Fix this fault permanently within MB as it has plagued me
many times before...and quite honestly I am tired of this problem surfacing again and again and again....

Right now - I cannot turn this On & am without Web Real time protection

I have Windows 10
Malwarebytes version:-  3.0.6.1469
Component Package version:- 1.0.50
Update Package version:- 1.0.2746

Can you try installing the latest 3.2.2.2018 over your existing product and let me know if that worked.

Just download the latest installer from : https://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mb3

Run the installer on top of your existing product. No need to uninstall.

Let us get a clean install of the current version.

We have another tool called MB-Clean which will automate the whole process for you.

 Tool can be found at https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb_clean

1. After downloading the tool run the tool.

2. The tool will automatically clean up the older possibly damaged installation and will ask you for a restart.

3. Restart your system and then the MB-Clean tool will prompt you to re-install the latest product .

4. Click on "Yes" to reinstall MB 3.×.

5. Now you will have the latest product installed.

Please let me know if you are still seeing issues after the latest product install.
