Reinstalled Win 10 MWB doesn't accept my lifetime subscrption

Hi, just had to reinstall Win10 when I installed free trial and upgraded inserted my lic for lifetime it said I had more than allowed. Yet it worked half an hour before and has been since the offer went out a few years ago. Can anyone help? Thanks
