Open Malwarebytes > Reports
Double Click the **Website Block** to open it
On the lower left select **Export** > Export to Text

Save as mbamscan and Save it to your desktop
Attach the mbamscan text file in your next reply.

Thanks - does not seem to work - I am not sure exactly what the IP address is...I will provide a series of screenshots;

BTW - when I disable ONLY Web Protect - everything WORKS.

Basically I VPN and then connect a Shared drive, but with Web Protection ON MBAM, it automatically "Hangs Me Up" after 30-seconds.

Hello Michael,

Can you try adding the IP address of the VPN?

How can we help you? Malwarebytes is blocking a website I need to access
Product: Malwarebytes for Windows
Subject: I suse VPN to access my companies "Shared Drives" on WIN 10 and MalywareBytes is Blocking the Mapped Drive Access

Message:
I use VPN to access my companies "Shared Drives" on WIN 10 and MalywareBytes is Blocking the Mapped Drive Access.
I can VPN in OK and disable Malwarebytes and I gain Access to the Drives, but NOW Web Protection enabled, I added "vpn-hq.creationtech.com" to exclusion, did not help.
Strange thing, I do not have this problem on my WIN 7 machine I think.

CompanyVPN.pbk and vpn-hq.creationtech.com

I am to connect to VPN OK, but after 30-seconds or so, it always disconnects VPN with Web Prot enabled. It works just fine when I disconnect Web Prot.

There is zero in my REPORTS, I do not know where LOGS live. I am not at home today, but if you give me instructions on HOW to generate the log your are looking, I can surely do this.
