PUP.Optional.Legacy returns after scan and clean

Hi, I ran Adwcleaner this morning and it showed up two sets of issues.  I set ADW to clean, it rebooted and I re-ran the scan and the Pup Optional Legacy entries are still coming up.

Can you please advise, I have attached the scan results.

I ran MBAM and it came back clear.  I have an issue with AVG quarantining Win32: malware gen every time i start Outlook 2010.  I haven't run outlook since last week and multiple MBAM scans come back clear.  Could the Win32 malware and the Pup Optional Legacy be linked?
