What you attached shows No Malwarebytes installed

Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, if possible, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
•Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.

FRST 32-bit version: https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/FRST

FRST 64-bit version: https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/FRST64

**Please wait and look for the option to Run or Save. Click Save to save the file**

•Double Click the program to open it.

•Click the Scan button.

**DO NOT USE THE FIX OPTION UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE FIXLIST.TXT FILE THAT I WILL GIVE YOU**

•When the scan has finished, it will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach the FRST.txt in your reply.

•The first time the tool is run, it also creates another log named Addition.txt. Please attach that to your next reply as well.

**Please attach both FRST.txt and Addition.txt**

Please save using the default Notepad format,
DO NOT USE WORD or any other office type of software.
DO NOT COPY & PASTE the log, send it as an attachment.
Reply to THIS ticket, DO NOT create a new one.

When did you install Bitdefender?

You have 3 AV's

AV: Windows Defender (Disabled - Up to date)
AV: IObit Malware Fighter (Enabled - Up to date)
AV: Bitdefender Antivirus Free Antimalware (Enabled - Up to date)

Never install more than one Antivirus and Firewall! Rather than giving you extra protection, it will decrease the reliability of it seriously!
The reason for this is that if both products have their automatic (Real-Time) protection switched on, your system may lock up due to both software products attempting to access the same file at the same time.
Also because more than one Antivirus and Firewall installed are not compatible with each other, it can cause system performance problems and a serious system slowdown.

I would highly suggest uninstalling

IObit

Bitdefender

After uninstall those 2 and restarting the pc, try installing Malwarebytes again

yes, i have bitdefender and iobit antivirus installed, bitdefender and iobit share the same real time protection because they are both based on bitdefender engine, and i blocked the auto scan on iobit malware fighter so it cannot scan in the same time with bitdefender. btw i had bitdefender for a while, sure its more than one year. and malwarebytes is on the free version so it cant scan in the same time of the others. i tried stopping all the av's but i cant install it anyway. basically i never got any problem until today with the new malwarebytes version

Do you know how to use Regedit?

Step 1: Click the Start button on the bottom-left corner, type **regedit** in the empty search box and tap **regedit** in the results.

Step 2: Select Yes in the User Account Control dialog.

Make sure "My Computer" is highlighted

Click "Edit"> "Find"
Type in **Malwarebytesr**  tap Enter Key.
**Right Click** on the file if found and select "Delete"

Tap the "F3" Key to find the next entry of the file. Continue using the "F3" Key until it's finished searching.

Close Regedit.

Now try the setup / install
