Malware Protection won't turn on

I have the premium Malwarebytes. It constantly shows that malware protection is turned off. When I go to settings to turn it on it shows starting for a few seconds and then goes to off again. I have tried repeatedly to turn it on for the last couple of months and it never works! If it won't protect me from malware infections why have this product? I am not technically inclined and need simple instructions or help!

Can you try installing the latest 3.2.2.2018 over your existing product and let me know if that worked.

Just download the latest installer from : https://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mb3

Run the installer on top of your existing product. No need to uninstall.
