Malwarebytes Premium Disappeared?

Hello my Malware bytes Premium seems to have stopped working for some reason. I can't figure out why and would like some assistance. I also never received a set up account email when I purchased malwarebytes in 2016 and would like to cancel the auto renew feature as I have a new card but everytime I do it says File not Found.

I might also add that the Malwarebytes Premium I am talking about is a new one not the one from 2016.

Download the latest update directly from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3 and install it over top of your existing installation.

The reinstallation step didn't work. It only put me on a premium trial. This is the logs.

I also don't know why I am unable to cancel my auto subscription it will bill me on 9/17/2017 and I want to get rid of it but everytime I do it says file not found.

Same thing happened to me today. I installed the update and everything disappeared, even with search. I downloaded from the link above and rebooted and that didn't work either. Finally I went to the Website and downloaded the installer again (looked like the same one) but when I installed this time it started over and then rebooted again and Malware reappeared. Disappointing experience with Malwarebytes after a year of no problems. Hope they do more testing on their install process.
